What is a popup?

How do I stop popups?

Popups can be eliminated with popup blockers, which you can download for free. If you have SP2, you already have a popup blocker built-in. If you do not, you can go to our downloads page to download a free popup blocker. If you have SP2, follow the directions below to turn on your popup blocker.

  SP2 Users:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to Tools > Internet Options in the top toolbar.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. At the bottom, it will say Popup Blocker, and there will be a box you can check, to Block Popups, check the box.
  5. Press Ok.
